Kairos TM (Task Manager) is a task management tool built for collaborative teams. It combines personal task lists with team-wide visibility so everyone knows what is happening and what needs to happen next.
Why we built it
Most task tools are either too simple for teams or too complex for individuals. Kairos TM sits in the middle: simple enough to use every day, powerful enough to coordinate across a full team.
The stack
Kairos TM runs on Next.js, MongoDB for persistent data, and Firebase for real-time sync and authentication. It is fast, scalable, and open to extend.
